Job description

Position: Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)
Location: Oxford
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned service packages and work scopes per agreed plans and deliverables.
  • Address interdependencies and interfaces with other packages, projects, stakeholders, and authorities.
  • Act on behalf of the Programme Lead or Senior Project Manager when required.
  • Organise and lead workshops.
  • Track and report progress against scheduled activities.
  • Manage changes, risks, issues, opportunities, and dependencies proactively.
  • Handle document deliverables efficiently.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports and metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project delivery within technology or related programs.
  • Ability to align user requirements and program objectives with project goals, including business case development and customer objective management.
  • Expertise in project management, controls, and contract administration.
  • Knowledge of risk management, change management, and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in schedule management and handling interdependencies.
  • Experience managing projects through all phases.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
