Production and Process Control specialist - Paris/Pau

On behalf of a major Oil & Gas operator, I am looking for a Production and Process Control specialist to work in their office in either Pau / Paris with missions in Gabon and Congo. This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension, paying a date rate in Euro.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of process control activities within the Gabon and Congo subsidiaries
• Reconciliation of the subsidiary's process control philosophy with current site conditions
• Recommended for use to reduce process instabilities
• Coordination between the site and the control rooms
• Defining the changes needed for Zero Flaring projects
• Training of subsidiary consolers and site operators to ensure the sustainability of the actions implemented
• Work in close collaboration with a DCS/ICSS system engineer attached to process control missions

Requirements:

• Qualification: Engineer or Senior Production Technician
• Languages: French & English required
• Professional Experience: Supervision of on-site production activities Exploration and production. Conduct production facility in the Control Room. Oil /gas/LPG process expertise
• Sense of dialogue and teamwork
• Have a good ability to interpret and report on the events encountered
• In addition to the experience of supervision in the control room, experience as an external operator is desirable in order to better understand the operation of the installations and to understand each other with the surface teams
