Plant Manager
Paris
12 Month Contract (Renewable)

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical liaison with the EPC regarding operational perspectives.
  • Oversee operations preparedness, ensuring progress aligns with requirements, project plans, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Prepare the Plant HSE dossier.
  • Develop the gas and condensate management strategy for all facilities within the project, in line with Bunkering objectives.
  • Ensure timely preparation of operating manuals
  • Define and implement actions to deploy the production strategy, ensuring readiness for start-up.
  • Lead recruitment and competency assessments for the plant operations team.
  • Maximise ICV during the project phase, ensuring local production teams are recruited and properly trained.
  • Develop and implement procedures for plant start-up and ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate actions within the operations entity and the broader affiliate organisation.
  • Prepare status reports, highlighting any areas of concern.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and specifications for all production-related topics.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in LNG operations.
  • Over 15 years in a similar role.
  • Master’s degree in science or engineering
