Learning & Development Coach / Human Resources Assistant
Your new role
We are seeking dynamic and motivated L&D Coach/HR Assistant to join our business support team; we are open to both part time and full-time applicants.
Reporting to the Head of HR, WRS’s Learning and Development Coach will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS, with responsibility for the development of WRS team members across our global offices.
This role would suit someone who is passionate about learning and development, with their own previous recruitment experience. The Learning and Development team need to exemplify the behaviours we expect to see in others – a commitment to continuous improvement and genuine interest in learning. As a Learning and Development Coach, you should be committed to improving your own skills and be proactive in seeking out development opportunities.

Your new role

As a Learning and Development Coach, you should be committed to improving your own skills and be proactive in seeking out development opportunities.
Main Duties:
- Delivering induction to new starters and supporting with onboarding for new recruits across the business
- Delivering training courses, including but not limited to Introduction to Recruitment, Introduction to Business Development and Leadership Training
- Maintaining training records for team members
- Call reviewing and analysis of calls, picking out calls that demonstrate competence to add to the I-Learning Library
- Deskside coaching and real time feedback to consultants
- Support Consultants with use of the database and other applications.
- Assessing competencies and skills of consultants to ascertain where Learning and Development support is required.
- Co-ordinating and managing matrix review meetings and annual reviews for team members.
- Liaising with Divisional Managers to understand requirements on their teams for upskilling and training.
- Constant development of training programmes, including upgrading existing resources and creating new content
- Consistently engage with WRS team members to develop good working practices.
- Arranging whole company training sessions, online and face to face, where required.
Role requirements
To be successful in this position you will need:

- Excellent listening skills
- Organisation skills and diary management
- Competence in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or recruitment training is preferable.
