Field Superintendent

We have a immediate openings for an experienced Superintendent for the Greater Tampa Bay area. We specializes in the BTR, Luxury townhomes, and high-end luxury home market along the west coast of Florida. The construction superintendent is responsible for overseeing all activity on a specific construction site and to serve as a liaison between the corresponding parties including but not limited to, sub-contractors, vendors and inspection authorities for approvals.

Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business or relevant field; or 2-5 years’ experience in the construction field or any related fields.
• Ability and willingness to learn
• Strong desire to learn to learn the Construction Industry –
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Bilingual experience preferred, but not required (English/Spanish)
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors in a professional and courteous manner
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills
