Facilities and Support Function Buyer- Le Trait

On behalf of a major EPC, I am searching for a Facilities and Support Function Buyer to work in Le Trait on a contract basis. This will be a short term renewable contract, based residential in Le Trait, paying an all-inclusive gross rate in Euro.

Please note: You MUST have the right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services required for facilities maintenance, office supplies, and other support functions.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products and services.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
  • Cost Control: Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a similar role within the energy industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
