Job Description: The Commercial Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. This role requires leadership, communication skills, and commercial construction expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff.
• Budget Management: Monitor budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Schedule Management: Maintain project schedules and address delays promptly.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets or exceeds standards through regular inspections.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary client contact, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Contract Management: Review and manage contracts and change orders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Qualifications:
