This pivotal role involves assisting in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of innovative civil engineering solutions for municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure programs, with a strong emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics.

This pivotal role involves assisting in the design, development, implementation, and analysis of innovative civil engineering solutions for municipal, county, state, and federal infrastructure programs, with a strong emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Make a difference in the communities we serve.
- Execute technical tasks including pond design, stormwater management, drainage, collection, and conveyance.
- Apply knowledge of water/wastewater systems and roadway/transportation design.
- Collaborate with jurisdictional agencies to determine permit requirements and prepare documentation.
- Manage projects and budgets effectively.
- Work collaboratively with a team of engineers and support staff.
- Prepare technical and progress reports as requested by management and clients.
- Establish strong client relationships through excellent written and verbal communication.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- 8-10 years of experience in the civil engineering field or a related area.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida or the ability to obtain certification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft 365; experience with ICPR or other state-approved modeling software is a plus
