JOB TITLE:  Brand Ambassador
LOCATION:  Erbil

Job Purpose

To serve as the face and voice of the Travel Agency, promoting the company’s brand, values, and services to a diverse audience. The Brand Ambassador will engage with clients, partners, and the community to build strong relationships and enhance the agency’s visibility and reputation.


Key Responsibilities:
-Represent company at events, meetings, and promotional activities to build brand awareness.
- Act as a spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating its mission and values.
-  Present the agency’s services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and detailed knowledge.
-Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community leaders.
-Attend networking events and collaborate with local businesses to promote the agency.
-Provide feedback from clients and partners to inform marketing strategies.
-Support the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives.
-Distribute promotional materials and explain the benefits of the agency’s services to prospective clients.
-Use social media platforms to engage with audiences and amplify the agency’s online presence.
-Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.-
-Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, offering solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
Provide regular updates to the Marketing Manager on engagement activities and campaign outcomes.
-Collect feedback and insights from the target  audience to improve branding efforts.
-Maintain accurate records of activities and outreach efforts.

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-Proven experience in brand promotion, sales, or public relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic, and Kurdish.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
-Proficiency  in social media platforms and marketing tools.
- Creative, outgoing,  and energetic personality.

Working  Conditions
-Full-time position based in Erbil, Iraq, with occasional travel to other locations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and attend special events as required.
