Job Purpose:
Ensuring the implementation of the company's strategy by brand.
Responsible for supervising the daily activities of the Trade Marketing Representatives, ensuring proper area coverage and brand distribution.


Duties & Responsibilities :
-Deliver proper coaching, training, and support to the Trade Marketing Representatives promotion team (ROI Team) to reach desired objectives.
-Perform market visits and spot checks to ensure the effectiveness of territory management.
-Define the market universe and set the market coverage for each Trade Marketing Representative.
-Perform market visits with Trade Marketing Representatives.
-Update new cycles whenever a new customer is added, verify the classification of the customer according to the company's standards, and continuously visit new clients to build strong relationships.
-Prepare and validate contracts after conducting a diagnosis of the client’s situation, history, size, and volume.
-Ensure the implementation of contracts by following up on the work of the Trade Marketing Representatives in the market.
-Contact wholesalers on a weekly basis to monitor the quantities withdrawn from the Reggie and ensure that volume taken aligns with customer size and classification.
-Ensure that area distribution, visibility, and volume objectives align with store classification.
-Follow up on Sales Performance Management (SPM) and the implementation of planograms and all materials.
-Ensure that brand visibility aligns with the brand strategy set by the company.
-receive the marketing plan from the company and ensure its implementation in the market.
-Maintain good contact with Reggie to stay updated with any changes or launches in the market.
-Ensure proper stock rotation and liquidation by checking the production dates of brands and working on displays.
-Contact wholesalers directly to ensure the replenishment of brands, reducing out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
-Follow up on the Trade Marketing Representatives’ Float money and ensure its use for replenishing the stock available at customer premises.
-Upon the launch of a new competitive brand in the market, share with the company and Trade Marketing Manager the new brand specification, price, and launch date.
-Prepare a promotional plan and validate it with the company to be executed following the launch of the competitive brand to maintain an edge in the market.
-Allocate the promotional budget validated by the company for each client and follow up on execution (promo ladies, offers, etc.).
-Prepare and send reports to the company, keeping them updated on market activities and brand performance, and take corrective actions accordingly.
-Account/Client Management (3/5): Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required to manage accounts/clients in a way that benefits both the organization and its clients.
-Market Research & Analysis (3/5): Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required to develop a comprehensive understanding of market conditions for brand, product, or service success.
-Manages, tracks, and attends to multiple pieces of information, ensuring order and clarity. Specifically, monitors others' work to ensure procedures are followed.
Customer Focus (3/5): Identifies and meets the needs of internal and external customers, continually focusing on outcomes for customers. Specifically, improves service by seeking feedback and taking actions for improvement.
People Development

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing Experience
-Minimum of 5 years of previous related experience.
-Previous experience in sales of Tobacco industry.
