You’ll collaborate closely with the Management Accountant, providing vital support for weekly and monthly tasks, and handling requests from auditors and banks with confidence and professionalism. Picture yourself assisting with contractor onboarding, maintaining their information in our systems, and facilitating timely payments that keep operations running smoothly. You’ll also play a key role in month-end reporting, analysis, and journal entries, contributing to the overall financial health of the company. As a valued team member, you’ll step in to provide holiday cover for colleagues and tackle ad hoc finance tasks, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Requirements:
- Some prior experience in an accounting whether thats education or work would be advantegous
- Experience with multiple currency ledgers (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with evolving technology platforms.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- A natural problem solver with a keen desire to learn and develop.
