UFR Project Engineering - Paris 

On behalf of a major Oil & Gas operator, I am looking for a UFR Project Engineering to work in Paris on a contract basis. This will be a 12 month renewable contract, based residential in Paris, paying a day rate in EURO.

The role will be supporting the Engineering Scopes for a large deep water field development project.

Please note: You MUST have the right to work in the EU.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regards to HSE,
• Implement HSE requirements within his area of responsibility.
• Assist the UFR team upon request,
• Liaise and regularly communicate with the relevant HQ and Affiliate entities on UFR Package Manager request
• Manage interfaces with all other concerned packages (Drilling, SPS, FPSO and Field Operations)
• Organize and participate in weekly/monthly progress meetings,
• Develop internal procedures if needed,
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent
• Have a strong tropism for Project
• Have at least 15 to 20 years of experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projects, especially linked to UFR engineering, construction, installation and commissioning activities
• Have strong skills in technical management, in multitasking work
• Strong team spirit, manage skillfully and efficiently the relationships with GPI team and external teams (i.e. company technical specialist, Contractor/s, etc. …)
• Get the spirit of synthesis, skills for solving technical issues
• Be consistently conscious regarding the GPI/Project activities
