Senior Project Superintendent
Job description
Position: Senior Project Superintendent
Summary: Oversees on-site project coordination, ensuring adherence to Contract Documents, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include scheduling, inspections, quality control, safety, and coordination with subcontractors.

Essential Functions:
- Schedule & Production:
- Push schedule with tenacity, review P6 project schedule, and suggest modifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, consultants, and vendors for timely completion.
- Implement LEAN techniques as needed.
- Coordination:
- Review contract documents, RFIs, CCDs, Change Orders, and subcontractors' scope.
- Maintain a daily log of activities, preside over subcontractor meetings, and coordinate inspections.
- Communicate with the Project Team regarding revisions.
- BIM:
- Coordinate with the BIM department for current documentation.
- Assist with conflict resolution in the model and distribute BIM deliverables to field teams.
- Safety & QC:
- Play an active role in safety inspections and manage Quality Built platform.
- Ensure a clean and organized job-site, identify non-compliance, and perform quality control duties.
- People Development:
- Mentor and develop interns and new hires.
- Assist in subcontractor awards, pre-construction meetings, and job-site management.
- Assist in hiring sub-tier employees.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Procore Certified
- Knowledge of Construction techniques and trades
- FMI Field Leader Institute
- NCCER Superintendent Assessment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in construction preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in construction scheduling.
- Successful completion of at least three projects.
