We are seeking a Senior Maintenance Engineer to lead and optimise maintenance operations for the clients North Sea & Netherlands assets. Based in their HFD Office, you will drive safety, efficiency, and performance across all maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and delivery of major work scopes, reducing backlog and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.
• Manage asset schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to company processes.
• Drive best practices in vendor management and alignment with asset priorities.
• Oversee vulnerability tracking, verification processes, and compliance reporting.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team while fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Right to work in the EU required
• A degree or equivalent experience in operations/maintenance.
• Proven leadership in offshore maintenance environments.
• Proficiency in SAP and planning tools.
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
