Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Secretary to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Project Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calls, emails, calendars, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical documentation.
  • Arrange international travel, visas, and itineraries.
  • Support meetings, conferences, and presentations.
  • Process project expenses and manage office supplies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
