Position Overview

This position involves providing comprehensive administrative support, including conducting research, preparing reports, managing information requests, and performing general office duties. Responsibilities include drafting correspondence, welcoming visitors, coordinating conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The role may also involve supervising junior administrative staff and assisting with training.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Provide personal and professional support to the project management team.
  • Draft letters and other documents as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes when required.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Organise or assist in organizing events, including lunches and dinners.
  • Represent the organisation at events, if requested, in a public relations or host capacity.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with SAP software.
  • Familiarity with specific HR procedures and requirements relevant to the industry (e.g., processing expense reports).
  • At least two years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Knowledge of the local area and country where the project is based.
