** ROV Mechanical Engineer - Long Term Contract - Aberdeen - ASAP**

WRS would like to share that we have a fantastic new opportunity with one of our clients in Aberdeen!

We're currently looking for a ROV Mechanical Engineer to join their team on a long-term contractor basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. This role offers a competitive salary, the chance to work on groundbreaking projects, and a hybrid working model after the initial training period.

Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP or as agreed with the successful candidate.
Contract Type: Long-term contractor role (PAYE only), 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Aberdeen, with hybrid working available after training (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Role Overview: You’ll be providing critical engineering support to the ROV Assets and Operations Team, working with a global ROV and UID Fleet.

What We’re Looking For:
A strong background in Engineering (BSc/BEng or HND/HNC).
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SolidWorks PDM (preferred).
Extensive knowledge of ROV systems and subsea equipment.
Experience in managing engineering projects, including FAT & SIT testing, drawing parts updates, and equipment troubleshooting.
Full permanent UK right-to-work status (Please note: our client cannot offer sponsorship's).
