Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with a strong background in roofing and construction. This role involves managing roofing projects from estimation to completion, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop bids, manage project scope, and negotiate change orders.
• Conduct site inspections, provide cost estimates, and set timelines.
• Oversee crews, monitor quality, and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in roofing or construction; 3+ years in project management or estimating.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license; bilingual preferred.
