Job Title: Planner
Job Details: A leading energy and chemicals company in Europe is seeking an experienced Planner for a gas expansion project. This role involves planning and scheduling functions for major capital projects, ensuring efficient execution and resource management.
Project Phase: EPC (Completion by Q4 2027)
Project Scope: Installation of booster gas compression stations, additional compression trains, and extensive pipeline infrastructure across the kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage project control systems for planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Provide direction and guidance for the preparation of control systems to improve project efficiency.
• Revise and approve the Project Baseline Schedule and Progress Measurement System.
• Analyse and plan effective execution sequences for major capital projects.
• Coordinate and resolve planning and scheduling issues with internal teams and contractors.
• Assist in contract evaluations and performance report analysis.
• Maintain the Master Scheduling System and other planning reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of collected planning and scheduling information.
• Collect lessons learned during project execution for inclusion in the project closure report.

Requirements:
Educational & Technical:

• Engineering Degree
• 10-15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry or petrochemical projects
• Knowledge of Primavera Software
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills
