WRS have the following onshore vacancy in Grimsby!

Hiring: Marine & Helicopter Coordinator
Location: Grimsby
Duration: 16 Oct 2024 – 18 Feb 2025 (option to extend 2x5 months)
Shift Pattern: 7/7 days
Schedule: Week 1: 12 hours/day (84 hours), Week 2: Off

Join our clients team to support offshore operations! This role includes:

-Coordinating emergency responses with project staff and external agencies
-Managing vessel & helicopter traffic control and tracking people, vessels, and communications
-Enforcing access restrictions to offshore wind farm (OWF) assets
-Optimizing vessel allocations for efficient use of resources
-Operating the offshore management system, ensuring personnel certification and asset maintenance
-Providing weather data and advice to Project and Vessel Masters
-Liaising with stakeholders and resolving weather data issues

Requirements:

-2+ years of marine coordination experience
-Proficient in offshore databases, radio communications & maritime certification
-Strong teamwork and emergency response skills
-Local candidates (within 2 hours of Grimsby) preferred.
