- Employee Onboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration.
- Facilitate orientation sessions and assist in completing necessary paperwork.
- HR Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries.
- Collaborate with benefits providers to address employee concerns.
- Payroll Support:
- Work closely with the payroll department to process payroll accurately.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and assessments.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle basic employee relations matters and escalate as needed.
- Support the resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
- Policy Compliance:
- Ensure company policies are communicated and adhered to.
- Assist in policy development and updates as needed.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Support employee development initiatives.
- HR Reporting:
- Generate and analyze HR reports for management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or in a similar HR support role.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
