Job Summary:
On behalf of a leading player in the telecom industry, looking for a dynamic individual who can leverage their expertise and industry knowledge to identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients. The Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and contributing to our company's continued success.
Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth by proactively identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, focusing on sectors such as Energy, Government, Manufacturers, Defense, and NGOs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, and directors to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans and sales pipeline to achieve and surpass sales targets and quotas, while continuously exploring new avenues for business development.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and service delivery, to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and solutions demonstrations that showcase our value proposition and meet customer requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, applying exceptional negotiation skills to close sales deals effectively.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to sales management, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
• Stay in touch with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements to effectively communicate and sell our cutting-edge products and services.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand our brand presence and generate leads.
• Undertake any additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the line manager, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, technology business, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both speaking and writing.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, with a strong focus on results-oriented performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of complex customer requirements and the ability to provide customized solutions to meet their needs.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office to effectively manage sales pipelines and drive sales success.
• In-depth knowledge of telecommunications products and services, with a keen awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
