Hi, I'm Ryan and I’m responsible for processing all the contractor's Timesheets, matching them to the clients call offs and then liaising with Payroll to get them all paid. I then invoice out to the clients for both contractors and Permanent Placements accordingly.
The best thing about working with WRS is working with the Finance team. I laugh every day! My colleague has a mug saying ‘Freak in the Sheets’. Referring to Excel of course but it is 100% true. Whoever said accountants are boring needs to come and meet our team!
My dream dinner party guests include Joe Lycett for the humour, Brandon Sanderson who is my favourite author, Hugh Jackman for every reason, and the Band Steps for live entertainment and to show them they should have a 6th member!
What would I do if I wasn't working in recruitment? Well, I’ve literally run away from the Circus to join WRS so I guess I'd probably go running back!
If I won the lottery I would buy my own theatre and set up a production company. That way I can choose the shows I put on, make my own, and reserve myself a premium seat for all of them!
