On behalf of of a oil major, WRS are searching for a QC Technician Coating & Insulation Services for a role based in Uganda working on a capital project on a rotational basis. The role will be site based in Uganda and offered on a renewable contract.

4/4 rotation

Successful candidates require:
HNC or equivalent in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience preferably gained in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Refining industry with a recognised level
of expertise, knowledge of Painting/PFP/Thermal insulation application, structural an piping painting applications, Knowledge PFP
and Thermal Insulation application on piping structural and mechanical items, 
Certified by an approved organisation such as ACQPA, FROSIO Level 3 or NACE CIP Level 3.
Experience of application of Quality Assurance Systems & auditing, familiar with relevant national and international codes &
standards.
Previous experience working on capital projects for operator clients.
