About the Position: Join us as a Mechanical HVAC Foreman, where you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field. We're seeking a dynamic leader to ensure projects maintain the highest levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction as we expand into new areas.

Position Details/Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the project Superintendent and other trades to oversee the assigned scope, including material and manpower management.
• Enforce and promote high-quality and safety standards.
• Utilize technology, such as company-provided iPads and smartphones, to ensure project completion on time and exceed customer expectations.
• Supervise, mentor, and motivate employees working on the designated scope.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Progressive Mechanical, HVAC, or Plumbing leaders who are passionate about using technology and seeking a clear career path.
• Skilled field supervisor with at least five years of experience managing scopes and running multimillion-dollar projects.
• Active journeyman or master license preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of relevant standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements.
• Basic computer and writing skills.
• Demonstrate and uphold core values, including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth.
