Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field HSE Manager to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management systems for a large-scale infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, develop emergency response plans, and provide guidance to field teams while maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HSE Management Systems in line with international standards (ISO 14001 / 45001).
  • Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with HSE standards, plans, and procedures.
  • Act as the primary HSE point of contact at the site level.
  • Develop and manage emergency response plans for potential incidents.
  • Establish and conduct HSE monitoring and audit programs.
  • Promote safety and environmental awareness through regular meetings and workforce engagement.
  • Provide HSE support and advice to project and site management teams.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
  • Lead and manage the Field HSE team to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure the development and execution of spill response, waste, chemical, water management, and noise control plans.
  • Monitor environmental protection measures, including air quality, noise, and sensitive areas.
  • Conduct occupational safety risk assessments and support incident investigations.
  • Oversee HSE induction and training programs at the site.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HSE management on complex infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with ISO 14001 / 45001 and international HSE standards.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental management plans, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in risk assessments, emergency planning, and incident investigations.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients and authorities effectively.
