The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, develop emergency response plans, and provide guidance to field teams while maintaining a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE Management Systems in line with international standards (ISO 14001 / 45001).
- Ensure all site activities are conducted in accordance with HSE standards, plans, and procedures.
- Act as the primary HSE point of contact at the site level.
- Develop and manage emergency response plans for potential incidents.
- Establish and conduct HSE monitoring and audit programs.
- Promote safety and environmental awareness through regular meetings and workforce engagement.
- Provide HSE support and advice to project and site management teams.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
- Lead and manage the Field HSE team to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure the development and execution of spill response, waste, chemical, water management, and noise control plans.
- Monitor environmental protection measures, including air quality, noise, and sensitive areas.
- Conduct occupational safety risk assessments and support incident investigations.
- Oversee HSE induction and training programs at the site.
- Proven experience in HSE management on complex infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 / 45001 and international HSE standards.
- Strong knowledge of environmental management plans, waste management, and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in risk assessments, emergency planning, and incident investigations.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with clients and authorities effectively.
