Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Incident Management Teams and Emergency Responders on strategies for managing and stabilising incidents in gas processing plants, aviation, structural fires, and other emergencies requiring Fire Service intervention.
- Provide guidance and support across sites to ensure emergency management risks and capabilities are consistently assessed and documented.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to inform stakeholders on emergency management awareness and capacity building.
- Review, implement, and monitor policies, plans, systems, and procedures for effective emergency management in line with the emergency management framework.
- Lead reviews of fire and gas detection, fire suppression, and ER safety devices for onshore hydrocarbon plants.
- Conduct training for firefighting, response tactics, SCBA, tank fire, CSE, domestic risks, and chemical spill incidents. Deliver exercises for emergency response and incident management teams.
- Develop and maintain Emergency Response Plans and Incident Management Guidelines for site-based risks.
- Provide training on Active and Passive Fire Protection systems.
- Oversee TAR-related rescue planning and training.
- Train Incident Management Teams and Emergency Responders, and conduct Fire Safety inspections and reporting.
- Recognised HSE qualification, preferably at degree level, with industry-specific credentials.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSE & Fire Service Operations, including Aviation and Industrial (Oil & Gas) risks.
- Experienced Fire Service Instructor, capable of developing and delivering training in Aviation, Industrial, working at height, and confined space rescue.
- Arabic or French language skills are an advantage.
