Lead the charge in acquiring Wind and Solar projects and forming partnerships to co-develop these projects in Italy, all while exploring other opportunities.

Role Details
Lead the charge in acquiring Wind and Solar projects and forming partnerships to co-develop these projects in Italy, all while exploring other opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable partnerships/acquisitions for Utility-Scale Solar and onshore wind MW portfolios.
- Foster business relationships with external partners, including developers and financial advisors.
- Support investment cases/negotiations for project acquisition from Origination to Ready-to-build status.
- Monitor and interpret technical and regulatory developments, providing reports to stakeholders.
- Develop presentations and business cases to secure agreements for acquisitions/partnerships.
We're looking for someone who brings more than just skills to the table:
- Up-to-date expertise in the project development lifecycle, including permitting, for utility-scale solar and/or onshore wind projects.
- Proven project management skills with a focus on detail, deadline adherence, and day-to-day management of long-term projects, especially in acquisition and due diligence.
- Ability to establish and maintain a network of partners.
- Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
