International Women's Day 2023 campaign theme is embrace equity.
For International Women's Day and beyond, WRS will fully embrace equity. Equity isn't just a nice-to-have, it's a must-have. A focus on gender equity needs to be part of every company's DNA. It's something we all need to think about, know, and embrace. And here at WRS it's what we believe in, unconditionally. Equity means creating an inclusive world for all.
At our event, we will be recognising the accomplishments of our female colleagues and taking the time to discuss how we can better support the development and advancement of our female employees.
We are proud to be part of a movement that celebrates the achievements of women and we look forward to continuing to create an environment that promotes gender equality.
