Overview: 

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, along with excellent problem-solving skills. This role will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support to staff, and implementing IT projects to support the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
-Provide technical support to staff members on IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
-Monitor system performance and security, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data.
-Implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
-Collaborate with other departments to assess their IT needs and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
-Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software, including vendor selection and negotiation.
-Plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, within established timelines and budgets.
-Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, recommending innovations to improve organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Proven experience in IT support or coordination roles.
-Strong technical skills in computer hardware, software applications, and networking.
-Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
-Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection measures.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
-Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is a plus.
