On behalf of a Oil major WRS are searching for a Drilling Work over Operations Coordinator to work on a capital drilling project in Uganda. The role will be offered on a annual renewable contract and working on a rotational basis.

4/4 rotation

Successful candidates require:
BSc (or equivalent professional experience)
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of international experience in drilling or development operations either from contractor or from company side. 3 years minimum exposure to onshore development context.
Leadership, English fluent and good interpersonal skills. Pragmatic approach and solution driven.
Good knowledge of operations interfaces in development drilling.
Preferred experience working drilling operations for operator clients.#
